All Standard and bespoke (made to measure) buildings are constructed with planned timber, with either Shiplap or Loglap cladding.
Shiplap T&G (tongue and Groove) cladding is 125 mm x 13 mm  finish.
Loglap T&G (tongue and Groove) cladding is 125 mm x 19 mm finish
Standard frame is 45 mm x 32 mm.
Super range frame is 45 mm x 45 mm.
Budget frame is 32 mm x 32 mm.
Door frame is 45 mm x 45 mm or 45 x 32 if budget models.
Doors are ledge & braced with super strong Lock rail 45 mm x 45 mm., except budget range.
Summer house doors are mortise & tenon.
Roof boarding is T&G (tongue and Groove) 125 mm x 13 mm finish.
Floor boarding is T&G (tongue and Groove) 125 mm x 13 mm finish.
Floor bearers are either 45 mm x 32 mm , 45 mm x 45 mm or 32 mm x 32 mm depending on model.
Roofing felt is green mineral finish.
All buildings are supplied with glass (except Wendy Houses which are supplied with plastic sheet), budget range have no windows, fitted lock (except Wendy Houses & budget range) all fittings, fully treated with (*10 year rot resistant treatment) except budget range which have a (*5 year rot resistant treatment)
the felt is not covered by the 5 year or 10 year guarantee or against storm damage.
